Dr. Shivram B.S. {Joint organizing Secretary} delivered a powerful citation, reflecting on Prof. Aggarwal’s pioneering work in higher education and academic leadership followed by Prof. Anil D. Sahasrabudhe (Chairman, NETF, NAAC and NBA New Delhi) conferring the prestigious award in the presence of esteemed dignitaries.
